Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Destinations CircuitCove currently ships within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 5–8 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: Estimated 2–3 business days after processing
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Lost or Stolen Packages CircuitCove is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us at care@circuitcove.store so we can assist.
Shipping Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
